Jessica Pilz is an Austrian professional climber from Haag, Austria who is a strong competitor in both boulder and lead, but she is most well-known for her accomplishments in lead climbing. From a young age, she started making a name for herself in the climbing world by winning consecutive Climbing World Youth Championships from 2011-1013 in lead. In the adult league, she has continued to reach new heights in her climbing career by winning the 2018 Climbing World Championship in women’s lead, placing 7th at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, and taking home the bronze medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
