Matteo Zurloni is a professional Italian rock climber who specializes in speed climbing. At the age of five years old, Matteo began practicing climbing with his father. Later on, he moved on to competing in bouldering and lead before he fully dedicated himself solely to speed climbing. 2023 became a year he will never forget as he broke the European record and won the gold medal in the men’s speed climbing at the IFSC Climbing World Championships. This victory qualified him for the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, FRANCE.
