Ai Mori is a professional Japanese rock climber from Ibaraki, Japan who has become one of Japan’s most accomplished climbers at such a young age. Throughout her climbing career, she has shown good body control, strong grip strength, and the determination to reach the top of every climb. This has allowed her to win the Japan Cup not only once, but five times in lead climbing. She made waves in the international climbing community when she placed third in women’s lead at the 2019 Climbing World Championships, making her the youngest Japanese athlete to finish in a podium place in the competition.
